This past weekend we finally got around to getting the kids photos taken. Ava cried, cried, and cried so we got one good photo and Eli did great. We got tons of photos of him!

Pierce County Fair

Grandma Kannel and Aunt Wendy took the kids to the Pierce County Fair! Eli just hung out in the stroller most of the time and Ava buckled down and rode the rides with our cousin Mason. What a trooper she was!

When I was pregnant with both my kids I heard the famous line "Remember every moment because your children will grow up right before your eyes." I never really wanted to believe it until my kids went away for two days and realized they have changed just in that little bit of time. After looking at past pictures and seeing my kids now that quote is true. It is hard to believe Mr. Eli is already going to be one and the Queen two.

Toddlers Are Not Neat

There is no doubt about it, toddlers are not neat. After every meal it seems like we spend 1/2 hour picking up after Ava. Half the food is on the floor and the other on her face & fingers. I can't wait for the day to come when she is neat again....if she would only use her silverware maybe that would help

Dear Dad,

I know you really enjoy your new job but I am really getting tired of going to daycare. All day I listen to Chloe complain about EVERYTHING and her attitude drives me insane. She whines until she gets her way. She needs an attitude adjustment. Everytime she tries to play with me I just get mad and start to cry. I wish she would just get the hint. All I want is some peace and quiet. I am a loner and DO NOT like to be bothered. If I wanted the attention I would come to her. So will you please take this in consideration. I really enjoyed my days at home with you!!

A Major Break Through!!!

We started potty training Ava and unfortunately I think it might take sometime. Eli on the other hand had a major break through with the Potty Chair last night. Josh put him on there just so he could run and get PJ's and a diaper after his bath. The next thing we knew he was using the potty chair. Is it possible that we could start training him this early. That would be nice!

(I don't think Eli likes the idea, that is just too much)

New Richmond Days

A couple of weeks ago Ava, Eli, and I along with Sammy and Aaron attended New Richmond Days. We rode a few rides, which Ava was not fond of and went to the Parade. It was the first Parade and Rides for both kids.
